Umbrella Trust Network
A ledger for
organizations.
UTN is a permissioned blockchain for companies that need a shared vault, a membership, and a record of real things. The public network is a testnet. The coin is T-RAIN.
01 — Network
The organization is the account that matters.
People still hold keys. The contract that holds the money, the roles, and the record is the organization.
-
Membership
Who may act
Invites, roles, and a status for each member. A suspended member cannot pay, approve, or have gas sponsored.
-
Vault
What the org holds
Native coin and the tokens the org enables. Each member has a monthly limit. A payment past the limit waits for admins.
-
Records
What the org is responsible for
An asset passport names a responsible organization and a state. It is not a token. There is no transfer.

Wallet, Scan, and a faucet.
These are the public testnet services. Add the chain in UTN Wallet, or in any wallet that accepts a custom network.
- UTN Wallet Passkey accounts. Send T-RAIN, sign, and pay from an organization vault. The relay can sponsor gas for org operations; the vault refunds it. Open
- UTN Scan Blocks, transactions, contracts, and verified source. The faucet page is at /faucet. Open
- Remix Remix with the UTN Wallet environment. Compile, deploy, confirm in the wallet, then verify the contract in Scan. Open
- RPC https://rpc.__BASE__ — eth, net, and web3 only. Chain ID 20261003. Endpoint
03 — UMBRO
Standards for the vault and the passport.
One library, @utn/umbro. Contracts are immutable. A preset writes a profile once. Token apps stay on ERC-20 and ERC-721.

Install the standards, take T-RAIN from the faucet, and deploy against chain 20261003. When a mainnet exists, it will be named here. It does not today.
